Cuttaway Creek Raspberry Farm

Established in 2002, Cuttaway Creek is a thirty acre property located at Mittagong in the Southern Highlands of NSW. We produce a range of multi award-winning jams, sauces and vinegars, using 100% Australian grown fruit.

Blackcurrant Wine Vinegar

Made with ripe, premium Australian grown blackcurrants. Acidic, with an intense infusion of blackcurrant flavour. Primarily used as a dressing for salads. Also great with oysters, salmon and trout, deglazing pans, in marinades for lamb or duck and for poaching fruit and drizzling over fruit salad.
Cranberry Sauce

Made with premium cranberries sourced directly from Canada. A fruity, natural blend consisting of only cranberries, sugar and spring water. Perfect as an accompaniment for Christmas turkey.

Made with fresh Australian hand picked rhubarb. Our ginger is sourced from Buderim in Queensland. Can be used as a traditional topping for bread, toast, crumpets or croissants or used as a sweet/ savoury topping with chicken and as a condiment with cheese.
Marmalade

Three Fruits Marmalade made with locally grown oranges, lemons and ruby red grapefruit. A traditional marmalade with intense citrus flavours.
Sauce - Blackberry

Blackberry Dessert Sauce made from farm grown blackberries and containing very low levels of sugar.
